Shenzhen Sinfonia Auto Electrical Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, as a high-tech private company specializing in R&D, manufacture and marketing car DVD players and car CD players. We have over 2 years' OEM business experience with famous car companies. Our total annual sales exceeded USD 20 million in 2006.
Our full product range includes car DVD players, car CD players, car GPS A/V systems, car VCD players, car MP3 players, car cassette players, car antennas and car speakers. Covering 7,000 square meters, our ISO9000- and TS16949-certificated factory is equipped with SMT auto-production line, three processing lines and three pipelining lines. Around 500 staff turns out 60,000 units every month.
Backed up by eight years' experience, our 80-member QC team conducts online QC by computers. We also have a laboratory for product testing, which is equipped with advanced machinery for temperature testing, salt fog testing, shaking testing, falling impaction testing, longevity and anti-jamming testing. All our products are CE-, UL- and FCC-certificated.
